Contact

If you have questions about how your data is handled, contact Thoma AG, Friedensgasse 1, 4056 Basel, at info@thoma-druck.ch.

This website

The website’s content, images and fonts are provided locally. Optional analytics is loaded only if you select “Allow analytics”. Declining analytics does not affect the website or your enquiry.

Optional Google Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to understand how our website is used. It records page visits, general device information and contact actions, such as clicking a phone number or successfully sending an enquiry. We use fixed product categories; we do not send your name, email address or enquiry text to Analytics. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our website integration.

Google Analytics uses cookies containing a pseudonymous identifier, configured to expire after at most 180 days. Google may process usage data outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Information about Google’s processing is available in Google’s privacy policy ↗.

You can grant or withdraw permission using “Analytics settings” in the footer. Withdrawing permission stops further analytics collection and removes the accessible Google Analytics cookies for this website. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. If browser storage is unavailable, it applies only to the current page.

Your enquiry

The enquiry assistant first shows a preview of your details in your browser. Only when you select ‘Send enquiry’ are your name, email address and project details transmitted to our inbox through our email provider. We retain this correspondence to handle your request; the email provider also processes the message. The website does not store its own copy of the enquiry or create a session or cookies for it. No files are attached. Alternatively, you can open the draft in your email app and send it yourself. To request access to, correction of or deletion of your details, contact info@thoma-druck.ch.

External links

When you open directions, ClickToPrint or the customer portal, you visit the respective external website. The privacy notice of that provider then applies.

Technical operation

When you access a website, technically necessary connection data is transmitted to the hosting provider, including your IP address and the page requested.
